Charity Secretary & Administration Manager
Part Time – 14 hours per week

Herts Disability Sports Foundation is searching for a candidate to become our Charity Secretary and Administration Manager – a varied and interesting role. The successful candidate will bring a range of skills and experience (including Finance) but more importantly, a can do attitude. They will be a self-starter who can manage competing deadlines across a number of different areas and use their high levels of communications

HDSF is a small charity working across the whole of Hertfordshire. Established in 2014, we have become a leading provider in the county for the delivery of sport and physical activities (and fun!) for children, families and adults with physical and learning disabilities. Our mission is to provide (and to support others to provide) opportunities in sport and physical activity that can be accessed by everyone, whether it be through participation, volunteering, coaching or education, in a supportive environment.

We currently have a small team of 12 staff (full and part time) who work out of a variety of locations across the county. The role of the Charity Secretary and Administration Manager is to provide a focal point for all operations – from supporting the Board of Trustees to performing all finance, HR and general admin functions.

The role is normally based in Baldock, Hertfordshire but in the current circumstances the options for home working in the short term will be open for discussion.  Salary for this position is £22,417 pro rata.
